Independent Two Heads Laser Cutting Machine with Camera

The laser cutting system is an upgraded version of the smart vision laser cutter, which combines a cantilever double head asynchronous cutting system with a smart vision camera positioning system.

It is further optimized based on the demand of the graphics processing and mixed nesting, and solves the problem of low cutting efficiency caused by mixed nesting graphics.

Smart Vision System

Through the high-precision camera to image the entire processed material at one time, the Smart Vision System supports direct extraction of graphic contours for automatic processing, or utilizing registration marks to find the right position and cut according to original graphics.

The system also supports real-time modification during processing without being limited by multiple graphics.
