This tube laser cutting machine is fully enclosed with automatic bundle loader system. It is more stable with improved cutting efficiency.

Especially for laser cutting metal tube of round, square, rectangular, triangle, oval, waist tube and other shaped tube and pipe. The tube outer diameter can be 20mm-200mm (20mm-300mm optional), length 6m, 8m.

Automatic Bundle Loader

Metal tubes such as round tubes, square tubes and rectangular tubes can be fully automatic loaded without manual intervention. Profiles and special shaped tubes can be automatically loaded with manual assistance.

The feeding finger main body and the chain transport link structure are integrated to facilitate the debugging and transporting.

The brand of pneumatic components in the system is AirTAC or other similar brands. PLC control, sensors and other components use Omron, Schneider, etc. to ensure system stability and conform to export standards.

Automatic Collecting Device

The automatic floating support device collects the finished pipes.

The floating support is controlled by the servo motor and it can adjust the support point according to the pipe diameter quickly.

The floating panel holds the easy-bending pipe tightly with whole sides supporting.
